Episode 37: An exercise to release fear, anxiety, worry and pain

Here’s a really fun and easy exercise to completely shift your mood and release fear, anxiety, worry, pain, discomfort and choose a waaay better reality.
It is really is much, much, MUCH more effective than slamming the door on ourselves, getting stuck in a negative spiral or pretending to feel good when we don’t.
It’s something I do very often and I love it.
Divide a piece of paper into two columns and write down worst case scenario on one side and best case scenario on the other.
