Shake your hands and consciously flick away what you no longer need. Let it go.
Place your fingertips on your shoulders. As you breathe in and out, take your arms back and down. Make it as big and as expansive as possible. This lifts mood and energy levels by drawing us into a posture that enables us to connect with a feeling of personal power.
Grip your fingertips together with your forearms parallel to the floor and then feel as though you're trying to pull your hands apart. Feel the strength of your core. This brings you into the present moment. A little bit of exertion can be the gateway to relaxation as it brings you right into the here and now.
